What Is CBD?

Full-spectrum CBD products also contain all of the beneficial ingredients of the plant itself:

  • Minerals such as potassium, magnesium, iron, and calcium
  • Vitamins A, C, and E, along with the B complex
  • Omega-3 fatty acids
  • Aromatic terpenes such as limonene, myrcene, or linalool.

When taking full-spectrum CBD products, you’re ingesting all of the aforementioned ingredients. While they might not be crucial in helping your condition, they’re extremely valuable in keeping you healthy.
