Shipping and Returns Policy

Our refund policy is 30 days. No questions asked. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. A full refund of the purchase price of the product will be refunded. Shipping charges on the original shipment cannot be refunded.

We ship Monday-Friday Only. We try and ship products on the same day but do not guarantee it. Friday orders are not guaranteed to go out before weekend depending on order volumes and time received. Arrival of your package depends on your destination country. Orders within US usually take 7-10 business days, international order may take up to 2-5 weeks. We do not guarantee any shipping time, once the package leaves our possession we have no control. We will fix issues but we cannot control late packages from the shipping services.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3071 NW 107 Ave Miami, FL 33172 . You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS REJECTED AT CUSTOMS
No refunds will be issued for products which are rejected for import at Customs of any country, unless they are returned to MB Premium Health Labs in sellable condition. Ultimately the customer must take responsibility for ensuring legal compliance with the Customs enforcement agency of their country before ordering.
